Fused glass is an artistic technique where clear and coloured glass is joined together within a kiln to produce a vast range of works - from plates and bowls to sculptures to trinkets and jewellery.
The essential skills to learn when working with kiln-formed glass are cutting, layering, and firing glass in a kiln. Once you master these simple processes, there is no limit to this captivating material's creative potential. Through this course, you will progress from the fundamentals to some more complex projects with a selection of three to complete: Multi-Glass Plate, Flower Meadows, and Patterned Fish.
You do not need any prior glass experience to take this course.
